Writing Thoughts....

As I've been working on pulling together materials for an upcoming writing event at ESU#3, it has been insightful to pull together resources and materials that utilize some aspect of technology in the writing process.  

I interviewed a few young students related to the writing process and each and every one of them indicated that they start the writing process with paper and pencil.  Although a journal with pen and paper, I generally start all of my writing using the computer.  Just one more mark behind my name making me an anomaly. 

A fun read was one related to using Twitter to teach students to pick and choose words carefully and "get the most bang for the buck" when using words.
